Motives for Movement
This is an exercise psychology podcast, linked to the Applied Psychologists in Physical Activity Network (APPAN). The aim of the podcast is to raise awareness and promote ideas associated to the field of applied exercise psychology, and it‘s aimed at psychologists (all fields, as well as sport&exercise and health psychology), individuals involved in healthcare and exercise promotion (doctors, dietitian, nutritionists, fitness professionals) and anyone who is interested in understanding more about the psychology behind exercise and physical activity.
